a) and ELA and LAB (Basque) gave the banking employers’ organization, AEB, their claims for the negotiation of the sector’s new collective agreement. Most of their proposals focus on the promise to maintain employees’ purchasing power following the evolution of the price index, as well as the maintenance of wage revision clauses. In preparation for the coming restructurings in the sector, they want staff cuttings to take place via early retirement, which has always been the case in the sector
