Spain’s Valencia region has published the details of a support mechanism to assist companies in reducing the number of staff working-hours. With it companies that move to a 32 hour working week will be eligible for financial relief, provided they do not cut employees’ salaries. This plan’s overall budget will be €1.5 million, with participating company support capped at €20, 000.
