Sweden: new rules restricting continuous use of temporary employment contracts

Under threat of sanctions by the European Commission for breaches of the Directive on temporary employment contracts that imposes a minimum level framework over continuous use of temporary employment contracts, the Swedish government spent the summer consulting with various union organizations, and then on 23 October it presented a draft law due for implementation on 01 May 2016.
