rmany of the European company status (SE), Tesa AG – one of the world leaders in adhesive tapes – is about to complete its transformation into an SE. In late 2008, the management of the German group concluded, with the special negotiating body composed of staff representatives, an agreement on the involvement of employees in the new legal entity.
