The passenger transport group Transdev completed, in December 2005, the negotiation on an agreement aimed at establishing a European work's council. This text, that we already commented on, (Réf. 06215) was signed, February 9, 2006 by all trade-union organizations. It is now available. (Réf. 06324)

The agreement was signed, February 9, 2006, by French trade unions (CFDT, CGT, FO), Portuguese (FESTRU) and British (TGWU) and by an employee representative of the British company London United.
