A French working in Belgium asked for the payment of the French allowance granted to workers exposed to asbestos. The French administration decided to calculate this allowance compared to the wages perceived by the applicant when he worked in France. The Advocate general of the Court of Justice estimates that French authorities must take into account the current wages of the applicant. (Ref. 06423)
