During the conference on trans-border negotiations, organized by "Europe et Société” on 14 and 15 March 2006, in Paris, Evelyne Pichot, administrator at the Department of Employment and social Affairs of the European Commission, presented the draft prepared by the Commission to propose an optional framework for transnational negotiations.
