The Netherlands : Sandd and Selekt Mail lost their appeal against the anti-dumping social measures in the postal sector

Sandd and Selekt Mail took the Government to Court, mentioning that they would go bankrupt if they had to give labour contracts to their workers and to pay them a minimum wage. Frank Heemskerk, determined to forbid the establishment of a different labour law system on the postal market, accused the two companies of “dumping” and invited them to “manage to give contracts” enabling to offer “decent” working conditions to their workers.
