The European Commission brought together the European social partners and Member State representatives at a working seminar on 17th May, in order to initiate discussions on transnational collective bargaining, particularly when it takes place in companies. On this occasion, a summary was drawn up of the existing agreements. (Ref. 06495)
A study conducted by the Commission’s Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities Directorate identified over 90 texts resulting from negotiations or discussions in 38 transnational groups (cf. attached documents).
