UK retailer Mamas & Papas, which specialises in childcare products, last week unveiled a new support policy for its 800 employees, with measures dedicated specifically to parenthood. The aim of the policy is to strengthen inclusivity within the company, which is aiming to continue its growth trajectory.
Mamas & Papas employees undergoing in vitro fertilisation treatment will now be entitled to five days of paid leave for each IVF cycle. This leave can also be requested for each attempt, without any limit, the group said.
