The White House is trying to get the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) out of limbo, putting two Republicans to its list of possible future leaders. By choosing two management-side lawyers, President Obama is proving that he wants to compromise for the composition of this structure, which has been severely disputed for about two years, notably by Republican Senators.
