United-States: could there be a works council at Volkswagen Chattanooga soon?
When it comes to building union membership at the plant of German or Japanese carmakers, it seems that the United Auto Workers would be more successful through a German-style works council at Volkswagen and by raising awareness among Nissan employees in Tennessee than when they ask employees to vote on the issue.
