United States: New York City imposes salary transparency in job vacancy postings
On 01 November salary transparency legislation came into effect in New York City and applies to all job vacancy postings. All businesses looking to recruit must now specify the hourly or annual salary range of jobs for which they're hiring. Companies refusing to do so face a $250,000 fine.
