After the NLRB’s appointments were cancelled since the American Senate didn’t expressly give its consent and with the Republican Representatives constantly blocking the issue, the Federal agency in charge of compliance with union rights risked being paralyzed again, as the President’s term is about to expire and the Board can’t operate with less than 3 members. But a parliamentary procedure once again rescued the NLRB. (Ref. 130497)
