The Supreme Court preserved the basis of the health insurance law, Obamacare. In a 6-3 decision judges said the Federal State had the right the subsidize the health insurance system. The law voted in 2010 was under attack by 4 complainants from Virginia who disputed the way health insurance exchanges operated.
