Since the start of 2023 the US leader in computer graphics has been offering targeted support for staff with menopause symptoms via access to the Peppy Health online platform. This represents a pioneering move in the US and in a sector that traditionally struggles to attract females. Indeed, the Californian group has only 19.2% female employees out of a US workforce of almost 13,000.
Since January 2023, female employees of the Californian technology group Nvidia (as well as the wives of their male colleagues) have been able to access Peppy Health, an online application designed to provide information about menopause and support those with symptoms throughout this period.
