rk would resume on September 21 in its Venezuelan factory. The car maker suspended production in late August because of a worker struggle. However, the shutdown was deemed illegal. General Motors reopened its factories in the country after almost three months of suspension. The partial halt in production is due to a social conflict and to a shortage of spare parts.
