The Italian food retailer signed a lease of 3,900 sq.m (sales area) on the ground and first floors (landlord British Land) to open a store-restaurant within the Broadgate pedestrian vicinity in London, near the vibrant Shoreditch area. The store should open mid 2020. Having added 3 locations in the U.S. in 2017, Eataly is looking for locations in China and is considering an Initial Public Offering in its home country.
