How JD.com built a Chinese empire

Just like Alibaba was the biggest attraction of the NRF in New York in early 2018, the Chinese online and offline retailer JD.com created the buzz during the World Retail Congress held in April 2018 in Madrid. We attended the conference’s most exciting and innovative event.
