On June 27, 2025, Lululemon filed a lawsuit against Costco in the US District Court for the Central District of California. The Canadian brand (2024 revenue of 10.6 billion dollars, up 10% year-on-year) accuses the world’s second-largest grocer (2024 revenue of 254 billion dollars, up 6% year-on-year) of selling counterfeit versions of products under an own brand, Kirkland.
