The Japanese retailer Muji will open an hotel (41 rooms, café, bookstore and lounge) during the 2nd half of 2017. The 4th floor has a café & restaurant overlooking Tiananmen Square and the basement will house a Muji store. All products in the guest rooms and public areas will be from the Muji brand. This project is ran in partnership with the Japanese architectural firm UDS.
