On June 18, the Parisian Commercial Court of Bobigny granted Naf Naf (2022 sales of €141 million, debts of €40 million in 2023) to Migiboy Tekstil (2023 sales of €55.9 million down by 23.6%) for €1.5 million. The Turkish manufacturer of textiles will take over 99 of the 111 fully-owned stores, safeguarding 90% of the 579 staff of the French retailer, in legal receivership since September 2023.
