He led the world’s biggest beauty company’s prodigious for a decade into digital and e-commerce, but is now stepping down as head of L’Oréal. Nicolas Hieronimus, aged 57, an Essec graduate, succeeded Jean-Paul Agon as C.E.O. on May 1. Lubomira Rochet, the first “Chief Digital Officer” to join a Board within a major group in 2014, is replaced by Asmita Dubey.

This former Chief Media Officer of the group is named as Digital General Manager. As Nicolas Hieronimus, also a hardened L’Oréa
