The Dutch investor Redevco, specialising in city centre property, took over 70% of the Parque Corredor shopping mall (123,000 sq.m GLA) from the Sareb fund (Aermont). The deal value was €140 million. Parque Corredor is one of Madrid’s most attractive shopping malls, with tenants such as Alcampo, H&M, Primark, Zara, Mango and C&A. In June 2017, Redevco purchased the Mercado San Miguel, an historical monument in Madrid.
