While the U.K. inflation rate remained high at 10.7% in November 2022 (down by 0.4% compared to October), the household goods retailer Currys (2021 turnover of US$12.2 billion, up by 2% year-on-year) has reported an increase in credit payments.
This option, available for items over €114, now accounts for 17% of purchases made at the British retailer, compared with 12.1% for the whole of 2021. With this credit offer, the payment period is extended to 12 months during which customers pay no intere
