The agreement signed on 30 December by UniCredit, Italy’s second-largest banking group, UniCredit, with the Fabi, First-Cisl, Fisac-Cgil, Uilca and Unisin trade unions aims to continue generational renewal. This new agreement provides for the voluntary early retirement of 505 employees (of which 484 are full-time employees) out of a workforce of nearly 32,000, whose applications had remained “pending” in previous retirement plans. In return, UniCredit has committed to recruiting 436 high school
