The group’s EWC applied for a summary judgment to be heard against the management for “lack of information” concerning the restructuring plan. The hearing, which was supposed to take place on March 13 in Paris, was postponed to April 3, on the management council’s demand, in order to prepare its defense and which, in the meantime, obtained that the summary judgment be composed of three magistrates instead of one, as is usually done.
