France: Club Med includes “multiculturalism” in its professional equality agreement

In December 2025, Club Med and the CFTC, Unsa, and FO trade unions signed an agreement on professional equality and working conditions. It introduces measures addressing AI, pay transparency, and carers, while strengthening commitments to "multiculturalism" across its French operations.

In a four-year agreement signed on 18 December 2025, Club Med (30,000 employees worldwide) is deepening its commitment to “multiculturalism”. Although the concept featured in its previous agreement, the holiday resort company—operating in 26 countries—will now formalise it through an “international kit” provided to managers.
