Algorithmic management improves managers’ job satisfaction (study)

On 6 February, the OECD published a study on the prevalence of algorithmic management in the United States, Germany, France, Japan, Spain and Italy. According to the study, it is already present in 90% of companies in the United States and in 79% on average in European countries, with applications including the definition of tasks, monitoring of workers and performance evaluation.
