In a ruling delivered on 23 December 2025 and first reported by L’Usine Digitale, the Conseil d’État (France’s supreme administrative court) confirmed the fine issued by the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), the national data protection authority, which sanctioned Amazon’s logistics subsidiary in 2024.
