During a meeting organized on May 29-30 within the framework of the development of the European agreement on competences forecast signed in 2011, 50 representatives from personnel, management and human resources across Europe adopted a series of golden rules on career development, knowledge management, work-life balance and social dialogue. The result of a common project initiated at local level, these principles will be used as a framework to apply the agreement. (Ref. 120360)
