On 22 November, Argentina’s Minimum Wage Council, made up of social partners and government representatives, announced a new 20% increase in the national minimum salary. The increase will be implemented in four stages comprising 7% in December, 6% in January 2023, 4% in February 2023, and 3% in March 2023, so that following the March increase the minimum salary will be 69,500 pesos (€406 at the official rate, €208 at the parallel rate, as of 23 November values).
