Australia: government to amend Fair Work Act
The Australian government recently sent to Parliament its bill to reform the Fair Work Act. It limits union representatives’ access to the workplace, amends some aspects of collective bargaining (Greenfields agreements) or even adds flexibility to the possibility of individual agreements to derogate from collective agreements.
