The social protection group Malakoff Humanis (10,500 employees in France) and trade union organisations signed a three-year agreement on 6 March dedicated to employees aged 50 and over. This initial text, concluded under the law on the employment of older workers, introduces an "a la carte" scheme designed to leverage skills transfer and support career transitions.
