The GPA-djp has declared war on the exponential increase in ‘all-in’ labor contracts whereby employees are paid the same price regardless of the time they spend working. At a press conference on Monday, June 24, in Vienna, the unions’ leaders said that they wanted to campaign for a legislative initiative at the latest for the 1st 2014 quarter to limit these contracts. A survey commissioned by the GPA shows that these contracts, initially designed for executives, now affect 1 in 3 employees and lead to abuses and blur the line between professional and private life.
