The insurance group has informed today, September 19th, that it was going to undertake a capital increase reserved for its employees. This operation concerns 32 countries. (Ref 06916)

The French insurance giant decided to have its employees participate in the capital. The total amount of the operation is 111 million euros and concerns 90.000 employees from 32 countries. The capital increase is planned by next November 27th and more than 48 million new shares will be issued.
