The government adopted a draft bill which would enable to include in the counting of industrial accidents, determining the insurance contribution the employer must pay, those undergone by temporary workers, and this with a view to dissuading companies from appealing to this type of staff to perform dangerous jobs. During the last Ministers’ council, on March 1, ministers adopted a draft bill proposed by Peter Vanvelthoven, Minister of the Employment, amending the law on work accidents, dating back to 1971.
