During the national labor council on July 9, 2008, the Belgian social partners amended the collective bargaining agreement No. 25 of October 15, 1975 on "equal pay between male and female workers." The new provisions concern the job evaluation system and propose a new definition of the notion of remuneration. (Ref. 080607)
