Belgium: law on psychosocial risks strengthened

On April 28, the laws adopted a little while earlier - improving the prevention of psychosocial risks - were published in the Moniteur Belge. The key novelties concern the definition of these risks and internal appeal procedures employers have to set up to manage situations.
