Belgian social partners started, in compliance with their interprofessional agreement for 2007-2008 (see our article No. 061296), talks to revise the labor collective agreement (CCT) concerning the recruitment and selection of workers, in order to strengthen the fight against discriminations in the employment relation. Gathered within the National labor Council (CNT), social partners started talks on the revision of the labor collective agreement No. 38 concerning the recruitment and selection of workers.
