Nearly four years after the promulgation of the law of 11 June 2002, the Belgian government presented a project aimed at amending this device by increasing prevention while reducing the risk of abusive complaints. (Réf. 06475)
The Belgian government is thus drawing the lessons from the evaluation process set by the law of 11 June 2002 after two years of application. The Minister for Employment, Peter Vanvelthoven, presented to the Council of Ministers, last 5 May a preliminary draft law and a draft royal decree adapting the legislation relating to violence and moral or sexual harassing at work.
