The draft royal decree cancels the condition under which the worker has to be employed in the company for six months before being posted in Belgium for a service delivery. The Council of Ministers approved, on March 7, 2008, a draft royal decree which clarifies under which conditions workers from a foreign State employed by a company established in the European Economic Area (EEA) can be exempt from a work permit when posted in Belgium as part of a service providing.
