The agreement forms the third element of the banking group’s European Social Charter with the first being a European agreement on employment management, the Strategic Workforce Planning Agreement in 2012 (c.f. article No. 120456), and the second being its 2014 European agreement on professional equality (c.f. article No. 8590).
