The draft law that aims to reform the labor code ,which dates back to the era of General Pinochet, will be presented to parliament at the beginning of March 2015. The text that will end the symbolic anti-strike law of 1979 was welcomed by the Chile’s largest labor organization the CUT. However the draft law has also received much criticism.
