Figures. Statistics are still eloquent: the employment rate of women in the EU (55,7%) is 15 points lower than the rate for men, women earn 15% less than men, the part-time employment rate is much higher for women (32%, vs 7% for men), and in the companies only 3% of women are managers, 10% are members of a board of directors, and 32% are executives. However, there is some progress: more than 75% of new jobs on the EU these last 5 years were attributed to women.
