The agreement signed by Indesit and the trade unions as part of the restructuring of the Refrontolo plant pursuant to the group's international framework agreement, provided the second largest home appliances producer in Europe with the Sodalitas Social Award (see our article No. 080473) for the best project regarding the valorization of human capital.
