A new measure will allow businesses and institutions in those sectors characterized by arduous working conditions to obtain financial support that will help them transition fatigued workers to new positions or to completely new employment. The goal is to enable workers who are having trouble performing the tasks assigned to them to stay employed, by facilitating their transition to a different job or to a different company. The financial aid will cover costs related to job orientation, requalification, as well as company placements.
