Denmark: commerce social partners renew collective agreement
On February 16, Dansk Erhverv for employers and HK Handel for unions signed an agreement renewing the retail trade industry’s collective agreement (butiksoverenskomsten), which covers about 110,000 employees. In terms of size, it is the second largest agreement in Denmark. The deal, signed for 3 years, increases minimum wage, improves training and parental leave rights, and contains measures aiming to stop forced part-time from spreading.
