On June 18, after bargaining for nearly a year, 5 unions - HK/Privat (private sector), PROSA (IT professionals), IDA (engineers), Djøf (lawyers) and Dansk Magisterforening (Masters’ and PhD graduates) - signed an agreement for the collective agreement covering CGI Danmark. It’s the first time 5 unions coming from the biggest confederations - LO, FTF and AC - have signed a joint collective agreement with a private firm. This agreement, already seen as a landmark, is a model of closer cooperation between businesses and unions.
