This was the main theme of the congress of the second largest union in Denmark, Funktionærernes og Tjenestemændenes Fællesrad (FTF), which brings together 90 unions representing 450,000 employees in the public (75%) and private (25%) sectors. It demands increased training resources and improved education in exchange for a reform of voluntary early retirement. (Ref. 091077)
